videos on YouTube

I've uploaded my WIP video clips in YouTube. Someday I hope to be able to mesh them all together into one nicely working stream... but until that day, you can view them together in a post below or separately on YouTube. In the column at the very bottom of the blog has my direct links to my You Tube sculpting videos.

I have set a deadline for the current #1 person on my waiting list to contact me with pictures & payment or a response by Tuesday. If nothing happens, I will bump her down to #2 on the list and #2 will become #1. I definately understand if financial strife has happened & am not offended in the least if someone has to back out before I start their sculpt. Please let me know if something 'comes up'.

Strange thing with this talent, I've noticed my fellow artists have the same dilema... some days, no matter how HARD you try or how much you really want to be creative, your brain & hands cannot work together properly & nothing goes right! ugh!

So let's all pray for many 'good days' ahead so I can get some good sculpting done!

Happy New Year!

Hope everyone has had a wonderful Christmas & New Year. We had a super busy trip to northern MN & back thru WI & IL visiting family & attending a wedding and visiting more family. Now time to finish cleaning from the trip & get back to work! This week is filled with dr appts for myself & my daughter, R. Her test results have come back showing she does have Turner's syndrome. Her endocrinologist wants to meet with us this week to explain the genetic diseases & the treatments for it. Nonstop things to do!!

I am awaiting payment & pictures for the next order of babies and will get them started soon. If you are feeling a bit generous, please click on the google ads to help give me a few extra pennies! I am also working on uploading my videos to YouTube under the name: madebytrudi, so keep your eyes open for those as well!

YEA! Baby's done! Didn't think it was going to happen with all the things going wrong around here! It seems my 2 yr old KNOWS my deadlines & insists on being extra crabby & needing mommie. Here's the completed sculpture ..... now, I'm trying to remember if the next one has sent me pictures yet.... I'll have to search thru my emails! So expect to hear from me soon! Or, better yet, send me a note: trudi@madebytrudi.com (all emails will get fwded to my charter.net address so don't worry if I referred you to a different email!)

When I get the time, I will post more wip videos! I've started a YouTube account. You may look me up under the name Madebytrudi. So far I only have one video uploaded as they seem to take too much time uploading right now.

I will continue to post here throughout our trip in Minnesota. I will bring my sculpting things in case I become immensely inspired and have to fulfill my addiction. We are helping my mother-in-law move into her new home. I probably won't help a whole lot, but I'll be there watching the kids & enjoying seeing everyone else move boxes!!! Finally, I'm not the one doing it!! LOL! I've moved 16 times in the past 11 years! And we stayed at one house for 4 years. Yep. It'll be nice to see others move boxes!!

soon.....sculpting time is scarce!

I am plugging away at finding sculpting time. I know many are patiently (or impatiently ;-) ) waiting for their name to reach the top! We had a stressful weekend with hubby getting strep. Ugh! I'm so glad he was a good sport! Sometimes he does not fare well being sick, but he got our new dishwasher installed, inspite of the original owners installing it very .... um.... badly! We're waiting for him to feel 100% to finish the drain hose so we can use it...yea!! My girls are excited to finally have a functioning dishwasher (after having to handwash for the past 3 years!!)

I'm sure you all don't want to hear about my family woes, so let's get down to the purpose you are all here.... the sculpture work in progress pictures and videos. I'm wondering how many are actually watching them & what are your responses.... Please, leave a message so I know if things are working on your end of the blog!! Things are taking quite a while to upload & edit so please bear with me!

Here's one video uploaded so far.... edited: this video is now changed to the new remixed video. If there are moments the video stalls, you can either wait a minute or click the video ahead a couple seconds. Not sure the cause (other than internet/computer speed issues). I will hopefully get more of this WIP in the next couple of days! Enjoy!!


My goal is to finish this one by the end of the week. We are going out of the state (to MN) to help my mother in law move into her new house from the 19-30th, so any other sculpting will have to wait until we get back!
